Quality Hotel Dickson

I really have to mention the outstanding staff…the guy who checked us in was so incredibly caring, warm and friendly..he definetly derserves a raise. We had some parking issues because we arrived wiith a camper van and he solved it for us in such a great way…only because of this we will return to this hotel when we are in the area again. The room was clean and very well equipped with a microwave, fridge and utensils for 4 people. Thank you very much, you were wunderful!

We had breakfast twice at Bluey‘s Cafe and the service was great as were the meals. We also enjoyed dinner at Essence restaurant. We liked that the club was together with the accommodation with the quality hotel. We were impressed with all the reception staff who were efficient and very helpful, friendly and polite every time. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we liked the decor, including the various murals. We liked the proximity to public transport but also the free parking and access to a variety of retail and supermarket in the area. Thank you for an extremely enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel is in the heart of the shopping area of Dickson. There are lots of restaurant around the hotel. The hotel has a retired tram inside, great for taking photos. It also has a gaming machine room. If you're bored at night, put a couple of dollars in to try your luck. The size of the room is very decent. Overall, our stay was very comfortable.

My full review is on google under their name but the staff and parking fantastic, the room comfy and bed excellent. Lots of supplies in the room and an impressive tv. Free membership to the club for a year and a complementary snack and discounted food and drinks. Not loud. The shower was good. Nice balcony area.

Great to have free parking. 24/7 reception. Very close to Coles, Woolworths, McDonald's, petrol station, and some other restaurants. Staff were professional and explained things properly. Everything was in order and easy.
